Jonathan Ellse has been appointed as the new General Manager at Barnham Broom, the premium hotel and golf destination, situated 10 miles west of Norwich.
Jonathan's new role at Barnham Broom will be to focus on business development and future sales, raising brand awareness and creating a destination which offers quality service delivered by a passionate and dedicated team. Jonathan will be responsible for all day to day operations of Barnham Broom, overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to all guests.
Originally from South Africa, Jonathan has a wealth of experience built up from over 20 years working in a multitude of tourism businesses around the world ranging from high end business hotels to international resorts, world renowned boutique hotels to luxury country estates. He has an impressive track record having held managerial roles at prestigious hotels and holiday destinations including Sandy Lane in Barbados, Lough Erne Golf Resort in North West Ireland, The Grove in Hertfordshire and Fancourt Hotel, Country Club and Golf Estate, in his native South Africa.
Jonathan has a passion for quality and truly believes that training and communication is the key to delivering a consistently high standard of service to guests.

Over £2million has been invested in the last 12 months on refurbishing Barnham Broom's bedrooms and public areas, creating the new Brasserie and giving its Sports Bar a stylish makeover. Despite the economic climate, Barnham Broom continues to grow in popularity, experience a growth in hotel occupancy during the first quarter of 2013.
