Luxury hotel benchmark report

BluSky Marketing, a boutique marketing consultancy specialising in the Hospitality, Travel and Tourism sectors, has released its latest Luxury Hotel Benchmarking Report based on the results from the Online Hotel Guest Experience Survey Programme.

The benchmarking report provides insight to how luxury and boutique properties should be performing in regards to awareness, overall guest satisfaction, intention to return and recommend, dining experience and guest expectation delivery. The results are devised from the Online Hotel Guest Experience Survey questions from some of the leading luxury and boutique hotel properties in the UK, including The Arch London, Bovey Castle and The Capital London.

The Online Hotel Guest Experience Survey by BluSky Marketing is designed for independent luxury and boutique hotels. It allows hotel guests who have actually stayed at the respective property to give their feedback directly to the hotel easily and quickly online. The online survey is specifically developed for each hotel and can support the hotel to continuously evolve and refine their product, as well as anticipate changing guest needs.

This unique benchmarking report based on real reviews from real guests, enables hoteliers to monitor their respective performance against their contemporaries.
