ClubWise, a market leader in club management software solutions, takes an innovative approach to membership management by seamlessly combining state of the art software, integrated Direct Debit administration services and interactive sales and retention services.
The new club management solution has provided Leisure Connection Hotel and Private Management with real tangible benefits, as its customers can now sign up for a gym membership online, whilst direct debit details are simultaneously set up in the club’s management system, so reducing the risk of process errors that can occur when manually filling out membership forms.
Additionally, the solution enables greater customer contact as automated mailers and texts are sent via the system to members, with details of latest news and upcoming offers at their local Leisure Connection Hotel and Private Management site
