Decades of experience in the leisure sector have helped Novus Property Solutions win a framework agreement to repair and refurbish a hugely popular chain of pubs located around the UK.

Novus has been awarded the three-year agreement by Enterprise Inns and Unique Pubs Ltd, to deliver external re-decoration and associated repairs to the chain's establishments from April 2016 to April 2019.

The framework agreement, worth £150,000 per year, was awarded to Novus on the back of many years of successful partnership between the two companies, and Novus' experience of delivering repairs and refurbishments of the highest standard for Enterprise were cited as a key factor in the contract negotiations.

The major challenge for Novus will be to ensure that a uniformed delivery is maintained across all pubs in the chain, so that Enterprise standards and brand values are adhered to.

Chris Jobling, partnerships contract manager at Enterprise Inns commented: 'We're really looking forward to working with Novus on this project over the next few years. While it's vital to have the support of such a large national company, the fact that Novus also has a strong network of local offices will make the day-to-day running of the project as smooth and hassle-free as possible.'

Chris Walford, director at Novus Property Solutions, said: 'Communication will be the key to making sure everyone involved in the Enterprise Inns and Unique Pubs contract understands what is required. Our entire team is being given a thorough briefing to ensure that everyone understands the precise needs of the client.

'We are delighted to be working across such a prestigious contract, for a client that we have enjoyed great success with over the years.'
