Nominations open for the Offsite Construction Awards

Offsite construction methods have been hailed as the future of the building industry with some truly ground-breaking projects being delivered in the UK.

Created to showcase innovation, celebrate best practice and recognise overall expertise - the Offsite Construction Awards will recognise landmark projects, influential people and manufacturing excellence in this progressive arena.

This prominent event provides one of the most effective platforms for engaging with the offsite industry, presenting the ideal opportunity to maximise exposure and penetrate this economically important market. The Awards will take place on the evening of 01 December 2015, at the Inmarsat, London and are set to become a major event in the offsite calendar, attracting over 300 national business leaders and high profile decision makers from the across the construction and offsite industry.

The Offsite Construction Awards look to reward outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products, systems and disciplines that increasingly strive to develop a sustainable, streamlined and cost-effective way to deliver a better built environment.

Award categories range from specific material and systems to building sectors. There are twelve sought-after Awards up for grabs - Best Use of Concrete, Best Use of MEP Prefabrication, Best Use of Steel, Best Use of Timber, Best Use of Volumetric Technology, Commercial/Retail Project of the Year, Housing Project of the Year, Best Hybrid Construction Project, Infrastructure Project of the Year, Public Sector Project of the Year, Product Innovation Award and Offsite Professional of the Year.

Judges will assess 12 categories through a strict and confidential secure online marking system. The judges are accomplished offsite construction specialists and include:
