British Gypsum, the UK’s leading manufacturer of interior lining systems, will be showcasing its product range for the social housing sector at the 2015 Great Homes and Communities event (6-7th July, University of Warwick).

Hosted by the National Housing Federation, the exhibition unites industry professionals from across the country for a two day conference and series of workshops.

There will be more than 21 seminars tackling key issues facing the sector, from the cost of housing, to reducing fuel poverty and what the social housing industry can expect following the General Election.

At the event, British Gypsum will present pioneering solutions which are designed to raise the standard of UK homes by making them warmer and quieter as well as more flexible and easier to personalise for residents.

Gordon Parnell, RMI Sales Director at British Gypsum, said: “Standards of social housing have increased across the UK following the Decent Homes programme, but this standard must not be static and should evolve and develop.

“Raising the standard of all buildings is at the heart of the British Gypsum mission and we are committed to technical excellence, exceptional product training and sustainability. This is why we are working hard to provide solutions to meet the needs of the social housing sector and help housing providers work more effectively on planned maintenance and void repairs.”
