Tiles specialist, Ceramique Internationale, has launched an exclusive new range of innovative porcelain floor tiles.
Manufactured by Italian flooring expert Ricchetti using the latest in tile printing technology, and exclusively distributed in the UK by Ceramique Internationale, the Chateaux range is available in four sizes, from large 1000 x 500mm slabs down to 33mm squares.
The variation in size allows for pattern randomisation, a longstanding and popular flooring style in the UK.
The range is inspired by the natural stone market, with uneven edges and a digitally printed surface meaning that no two tiles are the same. The replication of natural materials is a key trend for 2016 and Ceramique Internationale offers a wide variety of both ceramic and porcelain reproductions of wood, brick, terracotta and polished marble effects. The hardwearing porcelain properties mean that cleaning and maintenance is significantly lower once installed.
Peter Vann, director at Ceramique Internationale, said: “This new range gives customers the ability to recreate natural stone effects at a fraction of the price. Unlike the many travertine, slate and limestone imitations that are widely available, the unique effect that Chateaux provides can sit just as comfortably in a rustic cottage, a traditional townhouse, or a contemporary city flat.
“Our strong relationship with the supplier has allowed us to be the exclusive distributor of this innovative product and offer our customers real value for money.”
Ceramique Internationale employs 17 people, six of whom have been with the company for more than 20 years. The Leeds warehouse holds 100,000 square metres of tiles in stock at any one time, comprising hundreds of styles of floor and wall tiles, mosaics and associated products.
