As a leading brand in the wetroom market, Impey prides itself on developing convenient and easy to install wetroom solutions. Impey’s latest wetroom panel range, Aqua-Screen Clear, has been designed for a straight-forward installation.

Aqua-Screen Clear is the first of Impey’s wetroom panel ranges to be supported by a floor to ceiling pole that is secured in place by a twist and lock mechanism, which means there is no need to cut the pole to the required length as it has a 2027mm to 2700mm adjustment. Simply adjust the pole to the correct height and then lock it in place.

The base of the pole is anchored using Tigerfix; an alternative solution that secures the pole without using screws or drilling into tiled flooring which would damage the waterproofing membrane. Allowing for a time-effective installation, Tigerfix has a curing time of just thirty minutes, yet remains extremely solid. In fact, it can support a weight of up to 10kg. Despite Tigerfix being incredibly strong, it can still be easily removed without causing any damage to the floor should the homeowner wish to update their wetroom design in the future.

Measuring 2000mm high, the glass panels are manufactured using 8mm toughened safety glass. Three different options of glass are available: Plain, Satin or Etched Modesty. Five different widths of glass panel are available: 700mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm and 1200mm. There is a 20mm adjustment for walls that are out of alignment for ease of installation.

Coated with Impey’s unique Aqua-Shield easy clean finish, the need for regular cleaning is reduced as the build-up of lime scale, grime and soap deposits is prevented.

As with all of Impey’s wetroom panel ranges, Aqua-Screen Clear can be installed onto Impey’s wetroom floor formers, or a low profile shower tray. Aqua-Screen clear comes with a lifetime guarantee. The smallest glass panel (700mm) retails from £636 including VAT.
