All products are bespoke and can be sold supply only to customers’ own dimensions or supply, site survey and installation.

Glass used is manufactured to British and European Safety Standards BS EN 12150 and 12600. Shower glass is standard clear glass which has a natural green hue, or ultra clear low iron glass which does not. Various applications to provide colour and texture are available. All glass used is 10 mm thick toughened safety glass; in the event of breakage, it fractures into small uniform fragments with dulled edges to prevent serious injury.

Glass panels are held in position with a U-channel or wall mount clamp and silicone sealed against the wall and base. Unsupported glass panels may need to be braced and this is done with an overhead glass brace or, where this is unsuitable, a support bar. Glass to glass joins have polished mitre edges and are bonded together with silicone.

Doors may be inward or outward opening, although the latter is recommended. Heavy duty hinges for doors larger than the standard sizes are available.

Use of products from a comprehensive range of water seals and design detailing provides a waterproof shower. The company strongly recommends that the shower rose or body jets do not face the door. Sealing products for steam showers where an airtight door is required can be supplied.

Enclosure fittings provide a slim, neat appearance. Hinges, handles and fittings are available in various styles and finishes to complement the existing décor. Custom designed fittings are available to special order.

Glass may be Clearshield™ treated. This is a durable protective barrier applied to the shower glass that prevents lime scale and other residue damaging by staining the surface. Glass so treated resists staining, is easier to clean and prevents bacteria growth.
