JELD-WEN, the UK’s leading manufacturer of timber windows, doors and stairs, has been awarded the top A+ rating for its Stormsure + casement window range, in compliance with the BFRC Window Energy Rating scheme.
The newly enhanced Stormsure casement range of windows now covers a range of energy performance levels. Making it the ideal specification for sites with varying performance requirements that also stipulate the need for a uniform appearance.
In addition to offering the highest possible energy rating, the Stormsure casement is available with a thicker sash to accommodate triple glazing (in addition to double) and is supplied with Pilkington glass as standard. Specified with projecting hinge, espagnolette locking system and with Secured by Design options the redeveloped Stormsure casement range improves the aesthetics of a property and simplifies the specification process for installers, housebuilders and self-builders.
