PegasusLife, the specialist property developer creating desirable homes for the discerning older generation, has unveiled plans for a new development in Sutton Coldfield on Brassington Avenue.

The company have proposed a new development of bright and airy apartments coming soon to the centre of this historic Midlands town. This ambitious development will be the latest addition to the ever-expansive PegasusLife portfolio, as the company continues to enact its vision of providing high-quality accommodation and aspirational living for the older generation.

The site is walking distance from Sutton Park, the largest public park in Europe and offers an abundance of green space. Brassington Avenue has excellent access to shopping facilities, cafes and public transport and is within easy reach of the centre of Birmingham and all the conveniences of urban living.

Led by multi-award winning architectural firm Glenn Howells, the design of this project will embody the PegasusLife mantra of superb architecture and design in beautiful locations. The site will also include the PegasusLife exceptional but subtle ‘estate-management’ service which is operated in a totally transparent way, with a strictly ‘not-for profit’ policy.

Howard Phillips, CEO of PegasusLife, commented: “We are hugely excited about the proposed development at Brassington Avenue which we think will provide a much-needed service in the area, offering a new type of aspirational living for the older generation.”
