RESI 2014, the UK’s largest residential property conference, has published its programme for this September’s event.
Over 1,000 delegates are expected to head to Newport, Wales to hear leading voices from the property and political worlds speak.
Notable guests include housing minister Kris Hopkins, former housing minister Mark Prisk, Capco’s Earls Court planning director Anette Simpson, Greystar managing director Mark Hafner and Grainger’s development director Michela Hancock.
The event will be hosted once again by BBC’s home editor Mark Easton.
The main themes and topics that will be covered at RESI 2014 include investment and development, a new vision for cities, housing lessons from the past and solutions for the future, and the role of ‘Big Data’ in the residential property market.
With the 2015 General Election looming, the conference will seek to move beyond the headlines, rhetoric and conjecture currently surrounding housing in the UK, and instead have an open and honest debate on the future of housing in Britain.
RESI will run from 10 to 12 September at Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, Wales.
