Easy to fit decorative boxings from UK Boxings have been used for more than 20 years by UK housing associations, local authorities and social housing contractors to hide pipework for fire sprinklers, heating systems and below boilers to save time and money on-site.
Manufactured from 9mm thick moisture resistant MDF, our pipe boxings and boiler casings are used in ongoing RMI projects to cover unsightly heating system pipework, boiler pipes and valves, as well as concealing retro-fitted fire sprinkler pipework in high rise residential blocks.
In addition to our standard pipe and fire sprinkler boxing, our range also includes the FR flame retardant sprinkler boxing, which is manufactured from 12mm thick Euroclass B compliant material and designed for use for projects where flame retardant boxing is specified.
Available in two-sided āLā shaped and three-sided āUā shaped profiles, with a choice of more than 60 different standard profile sizes, both the standard and FR ranges can be supplied in 2400mm lengths, as well as a 3050mm option for our non-FR range.
Bespoke dimensions can also be manufactured to order and a range of dedicated accessories are also available, which includes internal and external corners, as well as stop ends, fixing battens and screws.
To conceal and protect external pipework, such as gas supply pipes, exterior distributed heating system or ground source heat pump pipework, our metal pipe boxings provide a tough and durable protection from damage and can act as a deterrent against tampering or vandalism.
