Profile 22, part of the Epwin Group, is once again returning to GreenbuildEXPO, the annual Sustainable Building and Refurbishment event, not only featuring its energy-efficient new Fully Reversible Window but also highlighting the Group’s unique BES6001 accreditation for responsible sourcing.
Commercial Sales Director Andrew Reid and Specification Managers Jenny Cann and Sonia Travis will be among staff on hand to speak in detail about the FRW, with its potential to achieve U-Values as low as 0.8, as well as the BES accreditation, Profile 22’s other energy-efficient products and of course the company’s Approved Window Contractor network.
Andrew Reid said: “Energy efficiency is continuing to take an ever greater priority among architects and specifiers in commercial building and refurbishment and GreenbuildEXPO has always proved the ideal event for us to communicate our message to them.
“As well as our the energy efficiency of our windows and doors however, the Epwin group, including Profile 22, is still the only PVC-U system supplier to hold BES6001 for responsible sourcing of materials so our environmental credentials begin even before the profile leaves our factory.”
He added: “GreenbuildEXPO also provides the platform to emphasise the significance and value of a strictly managed and controlled Approved Window Contractor network such as that provided by Profile 22.”
Profile 22 offers one of the most specified PVC-U window and door systems available, with over 30 years’ experience in the refurbishment and new housing sectors. Its new fully reversible window has been manufactured using low carbon technology as well as pioneering the manufacturer’s ‘thermal barrier’ technology for achieving greater thermal performance.
