Philippa Holland has been appointed the new Chair of Aspire Housing, with the brief to oversee and embed the organisation’s new structure.
She brings years of experience to the position following her previous roles, which include several years as Director of Local Government Practice, in the Government Office for the West Midlands.
Born and bred in Staffordshire, Philippa aims to make a positive difference to the region by tackling problems head on.
“I’m keen to meet customers and help Aspire to provide a top quality service in hard times,” she said.
“In the next 12 months I want to see the new group structure embedded and working well. I recognise that there is a huge amount of work involved to put governance into place but I’m very excited about working with Aspire colleagues.”
