AZUR Solar used Ecobuild to release an impressive array of new solar products that included the AZUR M 245-3, a sleek high-power module with a black frame that delivers a peak rating 245w, plus several new inverters.
A new lightweight, low-cost, easy to install in-roof mounting solution also featured alongside on-roof, flat and ground mount systems. All can accommodate standard modules or its popular and unique AZUR 2P modules which provide installers with a real selling feature as they typically produce 11.6% more lifetime energy and therefore appeal to users wanting to maximise return on investment.
AZUR Independa, an intelligent energy management solution, was another unique AZUR Solar product showcased at Ecobuild. This integrated battery storage solution is the next technological development in solar PV and means users can become nearly independent from conventional energy sources and rising prices. In addition to exporting the energy they produce when usage is low, it can now be stored for later use, minimising the need to buy back ‘expensive’ energy. Currently on trial in Germany, UK installers are being signed up and distribution should commence late 2012/early 2013.
