Bruntwood, the family-owned commercial property company with over 100 office buildings across the UK, are now offering all-inclusive packages on serviced offices at Oriel Chambers.
Oriel Chambers is ideally placed on the edge of Liverpool’s Commercial District and the all-inclusive (serviced) workstations are perfect for start-ups, growing SMEs and larger companies requiring short-term project offices.
Bruntwood recently transformed part of the Grade I-listed Oriel Chambers on Water Street in response to the growing demand for serviced workstations in the city.
Whether a small business looking for a head office or an established company seeking a satellite location, Bruntwood’s serviced offices offer a flexible solution for a range of businesses. Sold by the workstation or desk rather than by the square foot, offices are available from one desk upwards and can be secured for a period from as little as three months.
Matt Lee, Sales Surveyor at Bruntwood, said: “The demand remains high for serviced office space due to the flexibility we offer customers in terms of the size of office, service level and the length of their rental agreement. Being in a serviced office suite provides companies with high-quality furnished office space, available at short notice and with everything except landline telephone usage included in one monthly fee. This means that customers can easily forecast their outgoings, helping to keep their business on track.”
The all-inclusive packages include; rental, furniture, phone line, internet connection, utilities and much more, even the tea and coffee in the kitchen is incorporated into the offer.
Should a customer want to expand at a later date, Bruntwood offers the flexibility to move within any of its 13 serviced office centres or into a self-contained suite on-site at Oriel Chambers or anywhere in our wider portfolio of offices.
Matt added: “Another big difference between Bruntwood and other providers is that we own all of the buildings in which our serviced offices are based. This provides unparalleled levels of service and a seamless path through to your own larger office suite as your business takes off. When you're ready to grow, just talk to us and you can expand into longer term offices anywhere across our portfolio without any penalties.”
Oriel Chambers is a 19th Century building, acquired by Bruntwood in 2006. The building was the world’s first steel framed glass curtain walled building, which paved the way for the skyscrapers of New York and San Francisco.
Bruntwood now has more than 230 serviced workstations located in Liverpool and over 2,000 across the company's portfolio, which also encompasses Birmingham, Cheshire, Leeds and Manchester.
