Cistermiser will be using both Twitter and Facebook to inform its ‘followers’ and ‘fans’ on events, new products and recent installations. What’s more, through the use of You Tube, installers can access informative videos on Facebook. Videos will include product installations, events and interviews with key staff members.
Twitter, in particular, will inform its followers of important developments within its field of expertise such as key news items and changes in compliance. Facebook provides far more interaction and will give Cistermiser’s installer community an insight into the company’s philosophy and personality. In addition to providing its fans with useful information, Facebook will also work as a hub for fans to share ideas, problems and best practice while presenting a platform for feedback and discussion.
