Collingwood Lighting has recently expanded its product range, offering a wider choice of internal and external LED lighting solutions for lighting specifiers and installers.
Aesthetically, internal lighting is crucial for creating the right atmosphere, be it in a commercial, leisure or residential setting. With that in mind, Collingwood’s new AR111 LED replacement units offer a great alternative to halogen lamps.
Designed to be part of a new installation or a refit into existing housing, available in a choice of 25Ëš or 45Ëš beam angles and mains dimmable make it the ideal choice for most installers.
Available in warm or neutral white, both the DL111 25 and DL111 45 units also feature an energy efficient 15watt output that is equivalent to that of a 75-watt halogen AR111 lamp – this point is of particular note when installed in settings such as restaurants and hotels, where lighting requirements are more demanding.
Collingwood also offer a range of universal lighting solutions – suitable for both internal and external applications. Most featuring Collingwood Lighting’s ‘plug and play’ system for simplicity and easier installation to the power supply. The universal range has been designed so that the lights can be fitted almost anywhere, catering for all needs.
The FL200 is a direct to mains linear LED floodlight and has a 360° rotation angle. High powered, waterproof and available in Neutral and Warm white has made this fitting both durable and aesthetically pleasing.
From an external standpoint, exterior lighting has a variety of practical and aesthetic demands - lighting walkways and drives for example, to ensure added safety at night, exterior lighting can also be configured to work from a purely aesthetic perspective too – highlighting building facades and areas of architectural note, in addition to water features, plants and bedded areas, external lighting requirements can vary greatly.
In response, Collingwood’s SL220A, an LED spike light with 38° and 18° beam angle option provides the ideal solution. Alongside this, the new WL220A provides a great aesthetic LED wall light; both offer a high output LED that uses up to 7-watts, yet is equivalent to a 35-watt halogen light. A mains option is also available to the installer, creating a greater flexibility to the installation.
Collingwood’s outdoor lighting solutions are also IP rated, indicating the level of protection against hazardous parts, such as dust and as well as outlining the level of protection against the harmful ingress of water, either from dripping water or the light itself being immersed.
Commenting on Collingwood Lighting’s new range, Adam Garside, Marketing Manager at Collingwood, said: “By expanding our LED lighting range we are offering customers a greater choice of lights that are both functional and stylish, for a wider variety of settings – the FL200 was recently used to illuminate a chapel in North Yorkshire with amazing results.
"From a cost of ownership perspective, Collingwood Lighting’s products offer great reliability and a 7 year extended warranty, drastically reducing the need for maintenance and ensuring that end-users will get the most out of their investment.”
