Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions has announced that it is creating several new jobs and increasing production capacity at its 13-acre Carnaby site in North Yorkshire.
Expansion of the company’s off-site manufacturing facility also involves the opening of an additional assembly facility in the area.
Major investment in its manufacturing facility follows the news that the company has recently secured a number of high value contracts, including both single storey and new two storey restaurants for McDonalds.
Other major new business secured by Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions includes the design and build of a sixth form centre at Harris Academy Chafford Hundred, Essex, and a new three-storey GP surgery in Hillingdon.
The company has just completed the new West of England Multiple Sclerosis Centre in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. The purpose built facility is one of the largest and most advanced in the UK, offering therapies to over 450 people across the South West.

The McDonald’s restaurants are constructed using Elliott’s highly engineered volumetric units at its site in Carnaby. A number of restaurants have already been successfully handed-over, which are completed a four week site schedule from when the units are delivered to site – a requirement simply not possible with conventional construction techniques. Elliott completes over 90% of the restaurant buildings at its manufacturing facility before delivering them to site.
