FM Conway has been awarded a twelve month contract with the Metropolitan Police Service to provide Traffic Management support in the City of London.
During police incidents which disrupt the road network, FM Conway will be providing services such as facilitating safe road works, incident management and ensuring traffic is still able to flow freely.
Teams will also provide high speed crash cushions when maintenance and repairs need to be carried out.
The contract will see FM Conway’s Traffic Management team working anywhere in the capital spanning 25 miles from the centre providing a service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Director at FM Conway, Tristan Miles, said: “Effective traffic management is essential for the delivery of reactive and emergency highways schemes.
"This is a very high profile contract award and further demonstrates our ability to deliver a first class service in traffic management.”
