Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort has been awarded a VenueVerdict Gold award for delivering exceptional service during the last year up to June 2012, joining a select group of just 31 UK hotels.
Forest Pines, which is owned by QHotels, is the only Lincolnshire hotel to receive recognition in this year’s awards, which are run by BDRC Continental, the UK’s largest independent market research agency.
The VenueVerdict awards and accreditations are based on customer satisfaction as measured by a hotel’s Net Promoter Score. Only venues, such as Forest Pines, which consistently score 70 or above, receive Gold Standard Accreditation.
Last year Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort hosted 1,119 conferences and corporate events, welcoming over 36,353 delegates to its purpose-built conference facilities, which have recently benefitted from a £11 million pound investment.

“The VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is one of the most important awards in the hospitality and conference industry as it is based on independent research and looks at customer satisfaction.
