Washroom system manufacturers Franke Sissons are to open their exhibit at the London Building Centre with a water management presentation.
The event takes place on 11th May and feature a talk from architect Terry Ward, entitled “Water Management in stadium design” using material from both Chesterfield and Twickenham stadia design.
The company has installed a range of the Aqua System 3000 water management washroom systems at the London Building Centre, and the event will include the formal opening of the facility. Guests are to include Franke Sissons customers from the South east.
Customer Survey Results A recent customer survey conducted by catering and washroom system manufacturers Franke Sissons received a comforting level of support, with 83% of respondents willing to recommend the company to others.
Customers were asked to rate a variety of customer interest elements including service, contact, price against competitors, quality, fitness for purpose etc, with customer interests rated out of five. The results indicated that while a few had obviously had a problem at some time, the vast majority were convinced of the appropriateness of the service, its price and its delivery. “We take our role to look after all our customer very seriously indeed, “ said Paul Markwell, Head of Customer Marketing Services, “and it can never be ignored that we need to keep our service levels as high as possible.”
The company provides a range of products and systems for the washroom sector, that today include the waterless urinal systems.
