A revolutionary new way to train

Pulse Fitness is delighted to introduce l-train a revolutionary new cardiovascular machine which will simultaneously deliver an advanced aerobic workout whilst conditioning the body.

To be unveiled at Leisure Industry Week 2012 the innovative l-train features a unique powerful 360 degree multi-directional movement.

Traditional cardiovascular machines such as the cross trainer perform a front to back exercise movement but the innovative l-train performs a side to side lateral motion which engages all lower body muscles in particular the abdominals, glutes and inner/outer thighs as well as delivering a peak performance cardiovascular workout.

The l-train is a unique and motivational way to train and will be the perfect innovative addition to gyms in 2012 and beyond. Used independently or part of an instructor driven class, users will be shown how to perform key exercise positions and movements to isolate and target key muscles and for increased heart rate training.

Used in a figure of eight motion the l-train will target and tone the lower body, in a clockwise motion it will isolate the outer thighs and glutes whilst a counter clockwise motion will isolate the inner thighs and glutes other exercise movements will include leg pumps, squats, grinding and surfing.

Commenting on the new L-Train, Dave Johnson Production Director for Pulse Fitness said: “The L-train represents the start of something new in the fitness industry; it is truly innovative with its unique and powerful movement.

“We already know the performance of the l-train surpasses other fitness products as we have conducted some scientific research using thermal imaging and the results were phenomenal.

“After just a few moments you could clearly see how many more muscles the l-train had engaged as opposed to the cross trainer, it is not only diverse but efficient too. We are proud to add the L-train to our existing cardiovascular portfolio.”

Plus, the new l-train also features all the benefits of the Pulse Fitness Fusion range including self-powered integrated entertainment, quick access controls and SmartCentre connectivity.
