Adapt and Evolve with Chameleon Monolith

Chameleon is a completely new and innovative monolith for signage in the urban realm.

Whilst wayfinding touchpoints are often bespoke by their very nature, the concept behind Chameleon is stunningly simple; a pair of proprietary structural posts formed from aluminium extrusions that support infill panels at the faces and sides.

Chameleon is designed to accommodate virtually any material available in sheet form including toughened glass, stainless steel, aluminium, laminate, composite, brass, bronze, natural stone, granite, acrylic, timber or any combination of the above. Graphics can be digitally screen printed direct to media, sub surface, chemically etched or sandblasted.

The result is a sleek, flexible, contemporary styled exterior sign that’s eye catching and visually pleasing. Chameleon provides a bespoke, tailor-made solution, with the cost effectiveness of a proprietary, ready-made sign system.

Available up to four metres in height and three metres in width, Chameleon can also be internally illuminated on one or both faces using low energy, low maintenance LED light sheet.

Designed to accept the benchmark HB Modular Sign System of dovetail aluminium extrusions, Chameleon face panels are available in a range of finishes from vitreous or stove enamelled steel to powder coated or natural anodised aluminium.

In common with all other exterior signs manufactured by Signbox, Chameleon is precision engineered and has been subjected to structural calculations for wind loadings and other environmental demands together with extensive testing before being released to market.
