The Savoy, situated on the Strand in London, is one of the world's most iconic hotels and has welcomed guests including royalty, politicians, film stars and rock stars since it’s opening in 1869.
Following a three year £220 million restoration and refurbishment programme, overseen by project architects ReadonSmith who led the design team, the Savoy reopened in 2010 to critical acclaim.
In keeping with the high quality of all materials used in the refurbishment, over 700 Kemmlit metal lockers for the hotel staff rooms were installed featuring sloping tops, digital locking systems and bench seating by approved contractor Chorus.
