Exhibition & Webinar Tue, Mar 22, 2016 4:59 PM
Showcasing its sustainable collection of rainwater gutter systems along with its newest addition, leading rainwater solutions provider Marley Alutec, will attend this year’s Ecobuild exhibition, on stand S2211.
Visitors will be able to see Marley Alutec’s complete portfolio of sustainable rainwater and soffit and fascia systems. For anyone with an upcoming project, the event will present the ideal opportunity to get to grips with the full range of Alutec high performance aluminium eaves systems, as well as its latest launch: Evolve Ogee.
Further extending its highly successful Evolve range, the new Ogee profile gutter is a modern re-interpretation of the traditional Victorian profile and offers a sleek design choice that is in keeping with both contemporary and heritage styles. Compatible with Marley Alutec’s 76mm Ø and 72x72mm downpipes, in both the traditional and Flush-fit options, the high performance system offers complete flexibility for specifiers.
Furthermore, the Evolve Ogee is particularly suitable for projects where a very high capacity is required, as the impressive maximum flow rate of 7 litres per second reduces the number of downpipes needed.
Alutec Evolve is one of the most sustainable and cost effective rainwater systems in the UK today. Rainwater systems manufactured from marine grade aluminium offer particularly impressive whole life costings, as the material is so impervious to corrosion that very little maintenance is required during the life of the product. Moreover, when coupled with the flexibility aluminium affords; 65 percent lighter than cast iron or steel, a supremely durable material that has a life expectancy of 50 years or more, not to mention being infinitely recyclable, aluminium rainwater systems are certainly an ideal solution for any project.
Featuring traditional good looks, the Alutec Evolve range is available in both half round and semi-elliptical (Deepflow) profiles. Meanwhile, all Alutec rainwater systems are available in Heritage Black, a polyester powder coating designed to emulate the look and feel of cast iron.
Visitors to the stand will also be able to see first hand the unique benefits of Alutec’s JuraJoint, a method of jointing aluminium gutter that combines the advantages of EPDM rubber and high performance silicone. The sealant is simply applied in one thin bead into the central rib of the rubber seal. When the joint is snapped together it ‘bonds’ the rubber seal to the gutter surface making the jointing durable, thermally flexible and leak free.
Tony Wereszczynski at Marley Alutec comments: “Marley Alutec provides a fast and reliable service to assist in all aspects of roof drainage design. Members of the Alutec team will be on hand to offer expert advice on sustainability, durability and choosing the best rainwater guttering system for the project in hand.”
