Bristan Group, parent company for the Bristan, Heritage and Gummers brands, has invested in its marketing team with the appointment of Duncan Adams as online manager.
Duncan joins the 14-strong marketing team from community learning organisation ContinYou, where he held the position of online marketing and website manager.
He brings over 12 years’ experience of web communications to his role at Bristan Group, having previously worked for UK Athletics and Abbey National.
At Bristan Group he will manage the online presence of the Bristan, Heritage and Gummers brands through their individual websites and by using social media.
Commenting on the appointment, Bristan Group marketing director Adam Richold said: “This is a key appointment for us and demonstrates our commitment to growing our brands online. The internet is often the first place that people will go to search for product inspiration and advice and it is vital that we maximise our brand exposure here and generate leads for our customers by directing visitors to their nearest stockist.”
