The Rooflight Company was approached directly by a homeowner recently to replace some newly-installed rooflights to allow much more light to filter into the upstairs rooms.
The homeowner set the challenge of providing a suitable solution for them whilst working with the appointed builder to ensure the roof was adapted to support the new specification.
Working closely with the client, the Rooflight Company put forward three potential solutions. The homeowners also met face to face with the Customer Service team to discuss any concerns they had before a final decision was made.
Once a suitable specification had been chosen, a Technical Support Co-ordinator visited the site to provide guidance on the installation of the new rooflights. The result is a series of twelve neo rooflights which match the minimalist design of the overall building, whilst allowing a large volume of natural light and ventilation to the upstairs of the building.
“I would like to thank you for the personal service you offered us and the time you took to ensure we are happy. We would be pleased to endorse your products and your exceptional service to any of your future clients.”
