Ely’s Poets House Hotel and The Dining Room are set for big reveal today.
New boutique hotel group The House Collection is adding the finishing touches to its much-anticipated first hotel, the Dining Room at Poets House will also open today.
Together the independently owned hotel and restaurant will put Ely on the map for the very best in British cooking and as home to a stylish destination that has already been named in The Times World Top 20 Cool New Hotels 2013.
The team is ready, the menus have been prepared, the finest local suppliers sourced and the final preparations are being made for the launch.
Commenting, David Toulson-Burke, Managing Director of The House Collection said: “Excitement is building for our launch. Our team is raring to go and eager to welcome our first guests. We’ve been doing a brisk trade with much interest in overnight breaks and restaurant bookings as well as corporate events, private celebrations and weddings.
