Wöhr Parking Systems has launched a new fully automatic car parking system, specifically developed to provide parking on multiple levels within extremely narrow limits.
The new Slimparker 557 system was launched to widespread acclaim in January at this year's BAU exhibition in Munich. Requiring only a width of 2.6 metres, (effectively a single car width), the unit is perfect for city centre and high density urban environments, providing an effective parking solution between residential or commercial buildings and fully utilising narrow spaces that may otherwise be completely redundant.
Already proving to be an extremely popular addition to the established Wöhr range, the competitively priced Slimparker 557 is available with one to six levels of parking, providing up to 23 car spaces with a maximum weight capacity of 3.2 tonnes per place.
The ground level lid can also be covered with a wide range of landscaping materials to blend with the surrounding area – including pavers, stone, concrete and grass – and when in the lowered position, the system may be driven over.
For more information about the Slimparker 557 system, or for more details about the full range of Wöhr mechanical parking systems, visit www.wohr-parking.co.uk.
