Looking for a robust blind for your school project? CBS manufacture the COLLEGE BLIND which is designed to be maintenance free and has a 10 YEAR guarantee! It was developed especially to withstand the rigorous environments of educational establishments and is operated by a strong crank handle (or electric motor) instead of a chain, thereby doing away with a weak point and a ligature risk. Side guide wires mean that the blind doesn’t blow around in the wind which is a common problem with roller and vertical blinds. The strong components allow blind widths up to 5 metres wide, which saves money by reducing the number of blinds required on a project. Special metallised fabrics are available to help meet Part L regs or BREEAM. We have working sample blinds available so that you can see the mechanism, or CAD drawings – please email sales@cbseurope.com for more information, or visit website www.cbsblinds.co.uk
