Daikin Europe will launch the new Daikin Emura series in spring 2014.
The wall-mounted air conditioner was designed in Europe to satisfy a uniquely European architectural aesthetic.
Available in silver and anthracite, or in pure matt white, Daikin Emura is aerodynamically designed to create an incredibly thin profile that makes a modern design statement on any wall.
The unit can be controlled remotely via Wifi, even away from the home. An intelligent eye sensor and 3D air flow save energy when the room is empty and direct air flow to avoid cold draughts, reducing power consumption dramatically, compared with typical air conditioning units.
Innovative compressor technology maximises efficiency, especially in part load operation, optimising the year-round performance, further enhanced by delivering much lower losses in standby mode.
As a result, Daikin Emura reaches a high SEER of up to A+++ and SCOP up to A++. Optimal energy efficiency is combined with minimal sound levels as low as 19dBA. With its full range of 2, 2.5, 3.5 and 5kW models, the perfect size of unit can be selected for any application.
Daikin products are distributed in the UK by Daikin Airconditioning UK Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Daikin Europe NV, and Space Airconditioning plc, the largest independent Daikin distributor.
