The new Q-railing product catalogue is now available - new items to look out for include a spectacular LED-lit Juliet balcony, a selection of glass adapters and glass clamps and an exciting addition to the Easy Glass Hybrid range.
In the 2016/2017 product catalogue, more than 130 new balustrade products have been launched – each one meticulously designed, with a wealth of great functionality.
Incorporating Q-railing´s Easy Glass Juliet Balcony into projects will enhance both the safety and appearance of façades with floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully transparent glass structure of the Juliet balcony system lets maximum light into a room and makes for uninterrupted views. For an additional touch of elegance, LED lights can be added to the underside of the aluminium cap rail. The light units simply push into place with a click. Selecting just the right colour tone and adjusting light levels with the dimmer on the remote control will create the perfect atmosphere.
The new MOD 42 glass clamp has a unique place in the market. It is German AbZ-certified and combines glass and steel in a visually pleasing design. Its square form makes for a contemporary yet timeless design. The glass clamp is suitable for glass thicknesses of 6 – 12.76 mm and comes in stainless steel or zamak, with 8 different finishes. To give railings a really flawless appearance, the MOD 42 can also be supplied as a straight or 90° angled glass connector.
Easy Glass Hybrid is Q-railing’s lightest and most economical glass railing system. It is a “hybrid” in the sense that it can be mounted either as a glass balustrade or as a baluster railing with slender balusters and continuous glass infill. New in this range is the fascia mount baluster.
The Easy Glass Hybrid system is designed for ease of installation and low maintenance. The base shoes can be mounted on any surface, concrete or metal, with screws alone. Mounting and adjusting the glass panels is also straightforward – a job for one person that requires no special tools.
