As the best known name in high specification drainage systems for hotel, leisure and top end residential developments, Dallmer has followed on from its acclaimed CeraLine and CeraWall product launches with the premiere of its latest creation: CeraFloor.
The exciting new addition to the Dallmer collection offers architects and interior designers a further dimension in terms of elegance as well as function; with CeraFloor having been developed to fit smoothly and stylishly into hardwood as well as solid or reconstructed stone flooring.
Key features to the design of CeraFloor include the extremely hardwearing and easy to clean nature of the visible elements as well as an integrated cross-fall to promote smooth flow characteristics which will prevent water collecting. There is a choice of acid etched or mirror polished stainless steel surfaces to the units, which are adaptable in length from 800-1500mm.
Installation is straightforward with the very sturdy legs being adjustable to heights between 65 and 90 mm. The feet have integrated anchors for securing to the screed and the legs are also acoustically insulated.
The installer is provided with a tough sealing sleeve for bonding with the main waterproofing or membrane system. Two models offer flow rates of 0.4 or 0.8 litres per second, while the outlet can be positioned horizontally or vertically for connection to the drains. Then, in use, the CeraFloor unit’s integral trap prevents odours rising while retaining dirt until it is quickly removed for cleaning.
Dallmer has published a four page, A4 full colour brochure to support the launch of CeraFloor, clearly illustrating the system’s compatibility with different floor constructions as well as the precise nature of its adjustability.
CeraFloor will be available here in the UK through its established distributor network.
