Loseley House is a Grade I-listed Elizabethan manor house in Guildford.
Philips Chartered Surveyors were responsible for a design specification to re-roof the property.
Partner Philip Acton explained: “The whole house was re-roofed, with Klober’s air-open underlay, Permo air, chosen because of its high vapour permeability.
"The house and gardens are of immense architectural interest and require products of the highest performance.
"With a water vapour resistance of 0.03 MN/sg, Permo air will ensure that the entire roof can breathe effectively."
Permo air is approved by the NHBC for use without supporting high level ventilation.
