The Birmingham International Student House has recently modernised its premises with stylish luxury vinyl flooring, from Moduleo.
Designers selected the manufacturer’s Cotton Wood 20839 from its Transform collection to emphasise the accommodation’s already sophisticated dining and living areas.
Paul Edgerton, general manager at Birmingham International Student House, explains the key requirements for the renovation: “Due to the high levels of footfall experienced within a student house, one of the key considerations for this project was ensuring the long lasting durability of the floor.
“The fact that Moduleo products are so easy to clean, while leaving a stylish appearance, allowed us to create a contemporary space that could withstand the countless spills and messes a student residence witnesses.
Installers also utilised Moduleo’s pioneering CLICK Technology, which dramatically reduces installation time on-site ideal for those projects facing a strict deadline.
