With over 275,000 square feet of high-quality industrial space, Segro Park Rainham consists of 42 solar-powered state-of-the-art units specifically designed to attract start-ups and small businesses.
Each unit features a C-TEC XFP 16-zone addressable fire alarm system, an NC951 emergency assistance toilet alarm and an electric car-charging unit.
