Centor’s new S4 Screening System enables homeowners with large door openings to enjoy the luxury of inside-outside living without the traditional compromises.
The S4 system uses technology from the award-winning Centor Integrated Doors and allows homeowners to enjoy the benefits of a better living environment through being able to control insects, sunlight and privacy with ease.
Screens and shades retract completely into the doorframe when not in use, removing visual distractions to the view outside whilst also protecting them from damage, dust or dirt. When drawn, the fabrics are fully retained within the frame on all four sides, to give total insect protection, shade or darkness
Centor’s unique load balancing technology allows screens and shades to glide smoothly across the whole door opening with the touch of a fingertip, to effortlessly stop at any desired position.
The S4 system can be specified in one of three configurations to suit the needs of the homeowner:
- Single: a single screen or shade that extends from one side of the frame and covers the full width of the opening.
- Combination: a combination of two fabric types, with one housed in each side of the frame, such as a screen from the left and a shade from the right.
- Double: two screens or shades (in the same fabric option), which meet at any point along the opening.

Each S4 is custom made to order. Frame finishes can be selected from a wide range of custom colours. Three insect screen mesh options are available; shades can be specified in either a light filtering or blackout material and a choice of patterns and colours.
