Latest News Mon, Apr 29, 2019 9:57 AM

The Taylor Maxwell Ceramapanel is compressed fibre cement - a mineral composite panel comprising of cement, cellulose and mineral materials, used as a ventilated rainscreen cladding.

This is mechanically fastened to a framework which in turn is fixed to substrate walls made of masonry (bricks or blocks), concrete (cast on site or as prefabricated panel), timber or metal frame.

As a cost effective and easy to install facade solution, Ceramapanel is particularly suited to modern methods of construction and is ideal for use in the commercial, residential, education, hotel and leisure sectors where a natural façade finish is required. As a part of the manufacturing process small white flecks may be visible on the product.

The Ceramapanel Natural range, including Textures, Contour and Design, and the Ceramapanel Painted boards all achieve an A1 fire classification in accordance with the procedures given in EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009.

Taylor Maxwell can offer a factory cutting service which is quoted on a project by project basis. An additional sealant will need to be applied to the edges of any boards that are cut or perforated that are using the Anti-Graffiti finish. Any milling or grooving on the face of a panel will need to be done at the manufacturers factory.

Ceramapanel Natural Design offers unparalleled design flexibility. This compressed fibre cement board material is through coloured, meaning the surface displays the inner texture and colour of the core material. Using CNC machines, the material can be perforated and routed with patterns, images or logos to match your project design requirements.

Using a perforated cladding material can invigorate the facade of building adding depth, texture and interest to the elevations.

All Ceramapanel boards in the Natural Textures, Design and Painted range can be perforated to to suit your design requirements.
