Following a rigorous specification process, Fassa’s specialist team was selected to work with the housebuilder on the prestigious Rising Sun Hill estate in Rattlesden, Bury St Edmunds, delivering a durable and low maintenance render system.
Fassa Bortolo’s KI7 basecoat provided strengthening properties through reinforcement fibres and added water resistance for a facade which can handle inclement British weather, while the finishing coat of RX 561 - enriched with silicone siloxane - gave the customer a finish which is easy to maintain and offers protection from the elements.
