Britain’s leading garage door manufacturer Garador supports lots of charities, but last month the company was involved in their most colourful fundraising event yet!
Garador sponsored the powder paint section of Yeovil Hospital Charity’s Fun 5K obstacle race.
The event was a 5 km race which included a number of obstacles competitors had to get through including a dark maze, a foam pit, an inflatable tunnel and a slippery slide. The power paint section Garador sponsored involved the competitors being sprayed with various paints as they found their way through the obstacle.
Eight members of Garador staff took part in the event with everyone successfully completing the course to receive a medal.
Paul Eddleston, Marketing Manager of Garador, said: “It was great to see such team spirit in what turned out to be a really enjoyable and exciting event. The obstacles were such great fun and overall made it a fantastic experience for our team of runners.”
