NHBC and Sigma Capital confirm UK-wide partnership

As part of its ongoing commitment and wider expansion into the Build to Rent (BTR) market, NHBC, the UK’s leading independent provider of warranty and insurance for new-build homes, has extended its working relationship with Sigma Capital, a leading BTR housing provider.

This partnership will span Sigma Capital’s BTR project pipeline for its BTR brand, Simple Life Homes across Britain, significantly accelerating the growth of its UK portfolio.

NHBC’s core purpose, to raise standards in house building with a focus on long-term asset protection, will help Sigma Capital deliver future-proofed high quality homes in new sustainable communities fit for the 21^st century.
