Christmas arrived early at Garador this year thanks to a special fundraising event for Save the Children.
Garador staff had been invited to give a £2 donation for arriving at work in bright Christmas jumpers, but instead of just sweaters, some turned up with sparkling outfits and hats and there were even two fully bearded father Christmases!
“It was wonderful to see the efforts made by everyone to support Save the Children this year,” said Garador’s Managing Director, Jon Watson. “Seeing so much festive colour and sparkle around the office, it got everyone in the Christmas spirit.
Jon added: “It was really heartwarming to support such a worthwhile cause during the festive season.”
The generous staff at Garador have also been involved in another big charity event this Christmas, collecting food items for Lord’s Larder, a Christian organisation which provides emergency food supplies to families locally in Yeovil and South Somerset. In the run up to Christmas, Garador staff have been bringing in a huge range of items from tinned food and vegetables to soups, biscuits and pasta.
Jon Watson says: “It’s been great to see such a broad range of charitable activities at Garador in the lead up to Christmas. The staff have all come together in such a generous way to help others less fortunate.”
