Galliford Try’s Building North West
business unit has signed a contract for the Department for Education to deliver
a new building for the Bolton University Collegiate School (UCS).
The project will see the creation of a new £17.6m extension to the existing
school in the centre of Bolton, including new teaching facilities, dining,
kitchen, sports hall and an activity studio.
The works also incorporate 1,086 sqm of internal light refurbishment in
order to assist the existing school building to change its educational offering
from a vocational to and academic curriculum.
Darren Parker, Managing Director for Galliford Try Building North West,

heart of Bolton to provide state-of-the-art learning spaces for young people.
