CIBSE has announced its upcoming move to brand new offices at 91-94 Saffron Hill, located in the heart of Farringdon, central London.
After 44 years in Balham, this relocation represents a significant milestone for CIBSE, aligning with its forward-thinking vision and continued growth.
The new building, spanning 1,542m² over lower ground, ground, and three upper floors, will serve as CIBSE's new headquarters.
CIBSE will occupy the second and third floors, while maintaining additional income streams from tenants on the ground and first floors. This exciting move reflects CIBSE’s commitment to providing a modern, well-connected workspace for its members and staff.
CEO Ruth Carter highlighted the significance of this relocation: “When we think about CIBSE being insightful, leading and challenging – this is the perfect building to embody that vision. This is a building that CIBSE can be proud of.”
The acquisition was managed by Allsop's City Investment team, marking a new chapter for CIBSE in a prime central London location, rich in amenities and opportunities for collaboration and growth.
