The projects, teams and innovators redefining what’s possible across the built environment have been revealed.
This year’s Digital Construction Awards shortlist shines a spotlight on real progress: smarter delivery, intelligent data, digital culture, automation, AI, and sustainability at scale.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 18 March 2026 at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square. For those planning to attend, Early Bird ticket pricing closes on 23 January.

As previously announced, nima is sponsoring the “digital construction Oscar” for the Digital Team of the Year, seeing a synergy with the ongoing Information Management Initiative (IMI).
The award category recognises teams driving digital transformation and/or information management best practice within their businesses. Judges looked for teams that, by working together, successfully delivered against measurable business targets.
