Europump, the European Federation of National Associations of Pump Manufacturers, is pleased to announce that its 2026 Annual Meeting will take place from 27–29 May 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany.
Hosted by the VDMA Pumps + Systems Association, the event will be held in parallel with the PNEUROP Plenary Meeting, offering a combined platform for industry discussion, knowledge exchange, and networking for pump and systems professionals.
The three-day programme will be staged at the Steigenberger Icon Hotel Frankfurter Hof, located in the heart of Frankfurt’s financial and business district, providing an ideal environment for high-level industry meetings and informal engagement.

The Annual Meeting agenda features a series of expert committee sessions, working group discussions, and parallel workshops tailored to the needs and interests of Europe’s leading pump manufacturers. Sessions will cover key product-specific topics across Standards, Technical, and Marketing Committees, with parallel opportunities for the established PNEUROP community to engage on relevant issues.
A joint keynote programme will address strategic and geopolitical challenges affecting the sector, including tariff impacts on European mechanical engineering exports, competitive dynamics with global markets, and broader industry competitiveness in the face of shifting international economic conditions.
Complementing the business agenda, attendees will benefit from a thoughtfully curated social programme designed to foster networking and strengthen industry relationships. Highlights include a welcome evening on the hotel’s Ehrenhof Terrace, offering panoramic views of the Frankfurt skyline, guided city tours for accompanying persons, and the traditional gala dinner at the Senckenberg Museum, one of Germany’s premier natural history museums.
Europump expresses its appreciation to its event sponsors, Innomotics and WEG, whose support contributes to the success and reach of this key industry gathering. As part of this engagement, WEG is sponsoring the Welcome Evening and Innomotics is sponsoring the Gala Dinner. Representatives of both organisations will be in attendance throughout the three days to offer expert advice on how their respective products and services, help to deliver energy efficient and sustainable pump systems.
The VDMA Pumps + Systems Association, a leading voice for mechanical and pump manufacturing in Europe, will host the Annual Meeting, while the co-located PNEUROP Plenary Meeting brings additional breadth to the discussions. The parallel format and joint keynote agenda offer attendees expanded perspectives and cross-sector insights.
Industry professionals and stakeholders are encouraged to secure their place and make early arrangements to attend this significant meeting of sector leaders.
