URSA UK’s glass mineral wool insulation complete product range, now including URSA CAVITY BATTS, URSA ACOUSTIC, and URSA WALLTEC REFLEX are now assessed by the Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) – reinforcing the company’s commitment to transparency, accuracy, and trust in product data. This means specifiers, designers, and installers can have complete confidence that URSA’s technical information is clear, accurate, and compliant with CCPI’s strict standards.

Well-established across Europe, URSA brings over 70 years of expertise in glass mineral wool technology to the UK market, with a particular focus on rainscreen cladding insulation.

At the forefront are URSA WALLTEC BLACK 32 and URSAPAN BLACK – the only glass mineral wool insulation products approved by the British Board of Agrément (BBA) for use as sheathing insulation in rainscreen façade systems. Both products are deemed non-combustible, achieving a fire classification of Euroclass A1 – the highest possible rating when tested to EN 13501-1:2018 Reaction to Fire.

In addition to their performance record across Europe and the UK, both products are manufactured using up to 73% recycled glass and are ISO 14001:2015 certified.
