Bison Manufacturing will produce its market leading Hollowcore flooring and precast concrete staircases for use as part of a new college development in Wolverhampton.
Working closely with steel contractor Mifflin Construction and main contractor Carillion, Bison will supply almost 6,000m² of its 200mm and 260mm deep Hollowcore flooring units for the Heath Park Business & Enterprise Academy project, along with multiple precast concrete stair flights.
The Hollowcore units will be supplied complete with Bison’s patented mechanically inserted lifting hooks, for enhanced safety and speed of installation – a key consideration in Mifflin specifying Bison products.
With work on site underway, the project is expected to be complete in November 2016.
This news follows hard on the heels of Bison’s appointment to provide precast floors and stairs for a large new build project at the City of Glasgow College, City Campus.
